Take over my lease with credit

I'm planning to move out on 05/24/2024, and it will be earlier than my contract. Since I need to terminate my contract early, I'm offering a generous credit to whoever moves in to my unit, instead of paying penalty fees to Irvine company. It's a win-win situation!
