Roomate wanted for 2 Bedroom apartment

Two bedroom apartment within Las Palmas Apartment homes part of the Irvine Company. It is right near the Marketplace so everything is around here including 24 hour fitness, Target, restaurants, and movie theaters within walking distance. Beautiful complex with all the amenities including pool, gym, spa, parking garage if you have a car.

This will be a short term from August until December when me and my girlfriend’s lease is up in December. We are then looking for a long term roommate to move and sign in on a lease with us in Laguna, Dana Point, Aliso Viejo, area.

My lease is up in December and looking for a reliable and professional roommate to move with us after the short term stay here. Dogs are allowed but there is an added fee per month for a dog. Most of the furniture will be here but I recommend bringing what you need for the second bedroom which can fit up to a full size bed.

Rent would be 1200 here not counting gas, electricity and internet costs.

We are both very active and outdoorsy people and love to hike, workout, and run. Outside of that we travel a lot in our downtime. We are looking for ideally someone who is the same. Smokers are a no.
