Bedroom with private bathroom for rent in a quiet American Canyon neighborhood close to Wetlands Edge, it is a desirable location close to all the popular walking trails and parks. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive.
The room is located on the first floor and comes furnished with a bed and small side table.
Your housemate is a semi-retired elderly woman. We are looking for a mature tenant who is friendly, clean, considerate, and responsible. Prefer someone who works outside of the home. No overnight guests, no drinking/drugs, and no pets unfortunately.

Rent includes access to all common areas (kitchen, living room, laundry, and backyard), and all utilities are included except for wifi.

Tenant must have the following:

-Background check (small fee)
-References

$1150 Deposit + $1150 First Months rent due upon move-in.
