Looking for a tenant who is clean, respectful, and considerate of others to rent a private bedroom with private bathroom and closet. The room also comes with access to in-building laundry and shared kitchen/dining/living room areas. Parking is not included, though plenty of street parking is usually available.

Bedroom on the 2nd floor comes with a closet and full private bathroom just outside the room and new carpeting. Also in the house are shared kitchen, dining area, living area, linen closest and the in-house washer and dryer for laundry.

Renters will be splitting utilities and wifi evenly with the other tenants, currently living in Bedroom #1 and #2 on the floorplan. Other amenities in the house include a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, air fryer, Instantpot, blender and dishwasher. There is Central A/C and Heating throughout the house.

The neighborhood surrounding the house is very quiet and family friendly. There is a small park and playground in the neighborhood and plenty of friendly neighbors.

The house is available for an in-person tour by appointment with me, the owner, who will also guide the tour.
