Roommate Wanted: Professional female, no pets, ideally late 20s - late 40s.

Move-in date flexible but looking for July 1st.
Looking for someone more long term but open to shorter term situations but would want at least 4-6 month commitment.

Apartment Features:
• Spacious Living: Great living room space fully furnished. (Open to incorporating other furniture).
• Spacious Bedroom: Large unfurnished room with large closet. (currently set up as my office , seen in pics but would be empty for move-in).
• 1.5 Bathrooms: Room has attached 1/2 bath.

Building Features:
• Underground garage parking (2 Tandem spots)
• Onsite coin laundry
• Walking distance to Downtown Culver City. Great bars, restaurants, Farmer's Market and other activities nearby.

About me:
41 y/o professional female. I work for marketing agency for Entertainment companies, WFH 3 days a week, in office 2.

I'm pretty laid back and quiet during the week, but do enjoy going out for dinner, a cocktail/wine on the weekends. I travel a little. Once in a while, may host a holiday part or game night but otherwise keep home life pretty quiet.

I have a 22lb terrier mix 7 year old dog that gets most of my attention! I'd like to keep him as the only pet living here.

I've been in this apartment 9 years because I love the space and the location.

I'd like to be friendly with my roommate, grab dinner or watch a show together we're both into but also do enjoy my alone time so want someone with a similar outlook.
