Please note that this location may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to noise due to occasional street and airplane noises. Our household consists of three professionals employed in the technology, finance, and travel sectors. We seek a responsible, mature individual capable of meeting rent obligations by the 1st of each month, without excuses, who can maintain cleanliness and refrain from hosting disruptive gatherings. Smoking indoors, including cigarettes and marijuana, is strictly prohibited due to the discomfort it causes some housemates, however, vaping is permitted. Our AC temperature does not go below 72 degrees out of consideration for some housemates. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets due to allergies.

The monthly rent is $1,200 with a deposit of $600; both are non-negotiable. Utilities typically range from $55 and up based on household consumption and the number of occupants. Lease terms are on a month-to-month basis, with street parking available and an optional private parking space with an alternating schedule.

Applicants MUST hold FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT or provide evidence of a confirmed job offer. VERIFICATION DOCUMENTATION IS MANDATORY. For college students, proof of adequate savings is required. Our application process begins with a video tour to answer any questions you may have, followed by an in-person visit if desired.
