The 2nd furnished bedroom has queen size bed, a dresser and a walk in closet ….. there’s a washer / dryer in the courtyard ( $2 to wash / $1 to dry ) Only 3 blocks from the Musician Institute and about 10 minutes to Burbank / 15 minutes to West Hollywood
There’s Permit Street Parking AND / OR a monthly garage rental about a block away.
