Room for rent in 1918 four bedroom craftsman near to Americana and the Galleria in Glendale. Target, restaurants and much more that is walking distance. Close to Griffith Park, Burbank, Pasadena, Downtown, the Valley, Atwater, Silverlake, Eagle Rock, Echo Park, Montrose.

50 year old woman lives here with her 16 year old son. There are two professional male roommates with full time jobs outside the home. One stays in the downstairs bedroom and the other has a bedroom upstairs. There are two full bathrooms.

The larger bedroom room upstairs is open for the summer. Both mother and teenager are out of town so there will be three roommates total June 8 to August 15. Rental is ideally June through August.

Home has a big back yard and a nice wrap around porch. Your room has plenty of light, hard wood floors, and it could be furnished with a King sized bed depending on your needs. (It has a built in dresser. We have a small amount of extra storage space in the house garage.

This is a summer rental though depending on the other roommates fall plans, a space may be available ongoing.

There is no AC or central heating in this older home. We endure the few very hot nights with fans and opening of windows.

Rent is $1000/month and that includes utilities, internet and whatever streaming services that we have.
