Room available in North Hollywood!!

Hey everyone! My housemate and I are looking for two people to move into our two story home in the North Hollywood area of Los Angeles. (specifically Arleta)

About the house
We have two open rooms available. There is a back and front yard, full dining room and kitchen, two car garage, driveway and street parking, laundry in-unit, and storage room available for $50 extra a month. Rent would be $1400 per month with a one year lease. Utilities will be included in the 1400 price (water, gas, electricity, central air, wifi, etc)

Inhyeok - My name is Inhyeok but I also go by Andy! I’m 25 and originally from Boston where I studied bioengineering in college. I have a wide number of interests and hobbies, some of which include reading, drawing, going on hikes and listening to the weird compendium I call my music tastes
