Rent is $800 per month with a $800 deposit. Utilities average $50-55 each per month. This is a compact, cozy lil’ room that is also spacious enough to have some small furniture and plenty of decorations. Fully carpeted with ample closet space and a large window that lets in lots of sunlight and helps keep things cool in the summer. No pets. Pay your rent and bills on time, follow the simple common-sense house rules, and everything is good. Your significant other does not live here, nor do professional couch-surfers or hangers-on. Don’t bring the party home or expect an environment that is tolerant of drunken behavior or hard drug use at all.
