I am staying at NYM for residency but my roommate is moving out and I would love to keep this apartment so I can make it to work in under 4 minutes. Available bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is covered and was recently renovated. The F/G is literally at our front door, 15 mins to Brooklyn Hospital. I am looking to sign a new lease starting June 1st, but you can sublet starting May 15th. Rent is $1260 per person (includes heat/water) plus utilities (internet/electric/gas) averaging $50pp/month. I would prefer a female medical or other graduate student or another resident. My hours are going to be crazy, so I need to be able to relax at home. Let me know if you would like any more info :)
