The neighborhood is considered North Park Slope, but it borders Boerum Hill, Prospect Heights, Gowanus, and Fort Greene. An ideal location if you enjoy exploring different neighborhoods, but also need easy access into Manhattan and other boroughs. The apartment is walking distance to the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Fort Greene Park, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, etc. Plenty of restaurants and cafes all around.

This apartment works very well as a share. The bedrooms are at opposite ends, the 1. 5 bath gives us each our own bathroom (shower is shared), and the common spaces are ample enough to to give the apartment a very spacious feel.

I teach for several arts education programs and I'm on the dance faculty of a university. My home is my sanctuary. I enjoy a calm, peaceful, clean, and relaxing living environment.
