Your bedroom has two large windows, one with an unobstructed view of the quiet, tree-lined neighborhood.

The apartment is close to public transportation (buses, subways), supermarkets, and laundromats. (If you attend Brooklyn College, the apartment is conveniently located.)

The utilities included are heat & water.

The rent would be split: $750 + cooking gas/electric (price dependent on usage.)
