Room for rent in spacious 2 bedroom apartment

Hi! This is a 2 bedroom apartment that is not railroaded. The bedroom for rent is pretty spacious. . . My roommate had a queen-sized bed, dresser, and small vanity that fit nicely. There is also a built-in closet. My current roommate just got married, so I am looking for someone to take over her lease and possibly renew in September.

It is close to Nassau G and about a 10-15 minute walk from Bedford L. It is near McCarren and McGorlick Parks and close to cool bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in Williamsburg/Greenpoint area.

I'm looking for a responsible adult roommate (prefer female but not opposed to a responsible male roommate) who will pay bills on time and has a career. I am looking for a nice person to share the common spaces, and hopefully to be friends (which, of course, is not a requirement but would be a bonus if that happened!) I stay pretty busy with work throughout the week, but like to relax and have fun on the weekends-- I believe in a work-life balance and still like to go out and have fun! I'm clean and respectful of common areas and would expect my future roommate to be the same. I like outdoor activities, exploring new restaurants and neighborhoods, seeing live music, and going to the gym.

You will need first month and security deposit to move in. (so $2900. 00 total)
