Large Room in Greenpoint great location

INTRO
This is a large 1 bedroom for rent, in a shared 2 bedroom Apartment in a great Greenpoint location. Near everything. Again this is a private room in a 2 bedroom shard apt.

ABOUT THE BUILDING / LOCATION
The apartment is in a lovely brick building and has been all remodeled in each unit in 2014. Wood floors, nice counters. The location is awesome, The famously good "Lunch box" is on the end of the block. The building is 1 1/2 blocks from the G train, 15 walk to the L train, 15 min walk to the ferries either North Williamsburg Ferry or the Green Point Ferry. Down the street to Mc Carren park and McGolrick Park. 10-15 min walk to the heart of Bedford, a quick walk to the smorgasburg every Saturday. Laundromats all around no hassle. Overall the location is great. Lots of Restaurants and Bars all over.

YOUR ROOM:
The room is very large, or at least by New York standards. your room is larger then mine and I have 2 desks a full bed and still have room. The room faces NW on the 3rd floor. You get a nice view of the school across the street and city skyline. The room has lots of natural lighting and always has a good breeze. The room has a decent size closet. New Wood flooring, heater.

THE APARTMENT:
The whole apt is new, We share the living room / kitchen which are right next to your room, however I hardly use the living room and make simple meals. You have the master bathroom to yourself, minus me using the shower other then that it's yours.

ABOUT ME
I a Visual Designer. I am pretty introverted, not anti social, but I keep to myself. Most times due to working hard all week I am either out on weekends or during a hard week I tend to chill in my room reading, watching movies or working on some design work. Again I am chill and keep to myself, however I am happy to go out and grab drinks as well.

YOU THE RENTER
Be chill, calm. Not one to bring the party (unless we both plan one) Non Smokers preferred, but if you're chill about smoking it's cool. Be respectful of the place, IE clean up messes. If you use a dish wash it, if you spill clean it up. You know simple stuff like that. Be respectable of spaces, IE I never go into your room I expect the same.
RENT LEASE TIME

I normally like to do short term either 1-2 years. This can be discussed in person and negotiated

UTILITIES
Included. I pay for all the Electricity, Gas, Internet and other however if the renter wants to run his/hers AC in summer the Electricity bill will be split in a fair manner.
