Looking for someone who is possibly in school, easygoing, likes cats (I have one). I am 26 and work in Media. I am home most weeknights and gone a lot on weekends.
Current lease is until August 2015 when I will probably move out. You could easily take it over, as that is what I did from the previous tenant.
