The home is on a treelined street, with a chiller stoop and roof access. Living room and kitchen are great, with lots of wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an exposed brick wall. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment.

The available bedroom is large, unfurnished, receives ample sunlight, has a closet and will fit a queen sized bed, small desk, and dresser comfortably.

We are a short walking distance from both the Nostrand A/C, and the Franklin 2, 3,4, & 5.

The surrounding community is really fantastic, with lots of delicious restaurants, and only a skip and a hop away from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.

A little about us:

We are a couple that have lived together for the past three years. We graduated from Vassar College a year ago and are in the process of moving to NY now. He (Micah) works for a publishing company and is a part-time woodworker. I (Kiara) am a yoga teacher for adults and kids, as well as a dancer. We are both chill people who like to cook, garden, explore the outdoors, and keep a clean, cozy communal space.

Pets are welcome, but will have to go through a screening process with the landlord.

No broker fee, just first month and security to move in.
We're looking for someone to sign onto a 1 year lease!
