MId-late 20/F Roommate Needed for 2BR/1BA

My current roommate got a 1BR apt, so I need a new roommate (this room is for one person only) who wants a long-term lease with the possibility for renewal at the end of June.
Move in date is flexible, and your rent will be prorated if you move in in the middle of next month.

About me:
I teach full time at a public high school in bk. I love art, music, reading, meeting up w friends in the city, museums, events in the city, etc... I'm pretty low key and focused on work during the school year, but am more social during the summer. I may have friends over once in a while, but go out more often than have people over.

About the apt:
Really pretty neighborhood on quiet tree-lined street.
We're walking distance from Fort Greene park and Atlantic Terminal, and one block from a Key Food, NYC Fresh Marketplace, and a Clean Rite. We're right between the Clinton-Washington G and C, and there are lots of bus stops a block or so away as well.
There's a Citibike dock at the end of our block, and there are lots of cute shops and restaurants in the area, including a BYOB Middle Eastern place which just replaced one of the cafes around the corner across the street from a yoga studio. All you need is your bedroom furniture, but if you have stuff for the common space, we can probably make it fit. Our landlord expects $1235 from you via Chase Quickpay on the first of every month. If you pay a different way, your rent will be $1250.
Sadly, no pets allowed.
No broker fee since you'd be finding the apt through me rather than a listing by my landlord's company.

About you:
Friendly, respectful, with a secure full time job outside the apartment, and looking to finish and possibly renew the lease with me in June.
You must be willing to alternate turns cleaning the apartment every week. We haven't had any infestations in here, and I want to keep it that way :)
If you have friends visiting, please lmk ahead of time. You're welcome to throw a small party here on a weekend night whenever, but nothing out of control. Please don't have a someone over so much that it feels like more than 2 people live here. (Neither of us should have to wait to use the shower.)
Ideally, I'd like to be friends w my roommate, but I value my alone time too, and usually retreat to my room at the end of a tiring work day.
