Hey Yall! i'm looking for someone to sublease my room in my apartment until 10/1/2024 with the option to renew in October! The pictures are from Streeteasy but HMU and I can send you some new ones, here's the breakdown B-)

- I will be leaving May 18th (so this is perfect if you could move in on May 19th or before June 1st but if the 19th is an issue just message me:)
-Pro-Rate for the rest of May would be $550 with full rent starting on June 1st (if you have questions please Imk)
-two roommates (both males and in early 20's)
- one is working and the other is finishing up his senior year in college
- Igbtt, poc, and smoke friendly
-Looking for someone more on the quiet side
- right off of the central ave m stop in bushwick or right off the kosciuszko j stop
- living space is all furnished so only need to worry about your bedroom
- laundry in building, roof access, and a private terrace!!
- 2 baths so u will have to share one (both are being occupied by either roomie)
- you will be taking the middle room (which is the only without a closet) but has plenty of space to fit full size bed and a desk
- your portion of the rent is $1313
