2 Furnished rooms available in large apartment, whole floor! The majority of roommates are students/interns . Located right off the JMZ Flushing stop and surrounded by delis, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and cafes. Cool area! Bushwick is very trendy! Looking for someone great to join us!

The Bedroom has a lofted queen bed, with good head space. I can sit up in it and I'm 6 foot 1 :) The window is facing the back of the building so its nice and quiet, watch the birds on the trees from the loft :)

Full kitchen available with dining table. Use of all pots, pans, plates etc. Two full bathrooms in apartment. Roof Access. Large living room.

Looking for short or long term person, minimum 1 month stay.

No pets allowed sorry.

1 month security required.
Utilities $80 plus $60 if you would like a room AC
