Large Room, No closet

Hi, I am a current roommate here looking to find two new roommates to sign on a new one year lease. I included the original photos from leasing so you can see the space cleared. I have videos of the spaces and can take additional photos if interested.

Offering: 2 rooms in 4br/1.5ba in Bushwick/East Williamsburg neighborhood. Near Myrtle-Broadway (JMZ) Trains & Morgan (L) Train. We have 1 friendly dog, no additional pets or couples.

The Bedrooms:
#1. $925 BEDROOM: Large Room with two large street faced windows. Tall ceilings but no closet
#2. $800 BEDROOM: Small Room with one in-building faced window. Tall ceilings with closet

Looking for: Professional and very clean roommate who wants the room(s) full year-term. Good credit and active income, with security deposit is required. Guarantors are welcomed. You will need to pass a credit and background check through the landlord

Utilities: about $75-100 together (wifi, gas, coned)

Building: Rooftop access, on site washer/dryer for laudnry, no elevator or ramps in the building. Our unit is on the first floor. We have Stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. We have a super who lives in the building if we need any maintenance (free of charge). Roommate 2 pays for the full basement with a half bath leaving the bathroom upstairs for the other rooms.

About us:
Me: Male, Brooklyn local. I work in staffing medical services. Dog owner, vinyl collector and an introvert
Roommate 2: Female, works in Education. Cool, down to earth person who likes to listen to music and read

We rotate common area chores weekly with basic common house rules. We have wifi, gas, & ConED set up which we split the bills between everyone in the house. For the most part we stay to ourselves and are looking for the same in the household. Please reach out with a little about you!
