1 bedroom available last minute May 1st in a 6BR, 3BA apartment in Bushwick, by Myrtle / Broadway. Our lovely roommate is moving out of state. so we're looking for another ASAP for May 1st.

The apartment:
We have the ground floor, basement, and backyard of a three story building.
Your room would be off the kitchen on the main floor, facing the street. Narrow but large room, can easily fit bed, desk, dresser, etc.

Shared bathroom with only one other person. The basement is currently a large living space, with access to the back garden.

We have a cat named Poppers, who is basically the best cat ever, please see photo. So we're probably at pet capacity for now, but can discuss another pet.

Location:
Bushwick, Myrtle Broadway JMZ, we're near Bizarre, Happy Fun Hideaway, Lil' Skips, all that junk.
10ish minute walk to the L train @ Montrose or Morgan.

Us:
We're all in our 20s, 3 gay guys, 2 girls.

Rent is $750, due on the 1st each month.
Utilities range from $50-$100 each month, depending
