Hey perspective roommates!! We're looking to fill one of the rooms in our apartment immediately! We are located in Bushwick off of Broadway. Closest trains are the J @ Flushing, and the J @ Myrtle/Broadway. NO COUPLES. NO PETS.

Rent is $1100. You will be one of 5 people in our large duplex apartment. Two full baths. Music room. There is a back yard that we can all hang out in. The room has exposed brick, deep closet with a storage cubby up above. We are all musicians and work strange hours, so like minded people will be the best fit. If you're looking for a quiet environment to study? This place isn't for you.

But! okay with the two adorable cats that live here (can't have any more pets- sorry), down for a spontaneous jam at 1am, and want to just relax and hang out while you're home- this is the place for you. We all get along very well, so we are looking for someone who can vibe with us.
