Looking for roommate! $1200, L/M Bushwick

Hey there! Our sublettor's moving out this month, so we're looking for someone else to take this fantastic room in Bushwick. We're a short walk from the M at Central as well as the L at Jefferson . It's a great space, with a lot of living space and a large backyard. We're looking for someone to share the space with, so it'd be great to be friends as well as roommates. : )

We're both in our early-mid 20s, one super new here, one kinda new here. Both working professionals. Hobbies include reading, writing, and music, and we both love checking out live shows on weekends, especially at small clubs and dive bars. I have a small dog named Oscar and he's the coolest dude I know. We're looking to add someone who's lgbt-friendly and respectful, as well as fun, relaxed, and not disruptive. Like I said, we're really hoping to find someone we can be friends with.
