We're looking to fill the biggest room in our newly renovated apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn starting May 1, ideally for a year. Option to be on the lease. My roommate and I are the first two to live in the apartment and we absolutely love it.

Two short blocks from the Jefferson L stop, near two grocery stores (Key Foods and Hana - an organic shop). Also near tons of new bars and restaurants, art galleries, etc. The location is amazing.

The apartment:
-4 bed/2 bath
-Brand new appliances, including a dishwasher

-Top floor
-High ceilings
-Building has roof access
-Laundry in building
-Wine fridge (which we pack with cheap beer)
-Fios internet

The bedroom:
-Unfurnished
-2 huge windows, lots of sunlight
-Large closet
-Easily fits a queen bed and a desk
-Largest of the 4 bedrooms
-High ceilings

The roommates:
We're female, in our early 20's, and both work in digital advertising. We stay out late on weeknights and weekends. We're fairly neat, but also don't mind social gatherings.

You:
Gainfully employed or the heir to a large fortune.

The details:
We're open to males and females, possibly a couple if the situation works out. First month + last month + security moves you in.
