This Furnished room is Ideal for someone transitioning to NYC, very focused student or budding professional. We are a married couple with a baby who is looking to share our space with a responsible, clean, compassionate individual. If all goes well you will be welcome to stay on.

Room Details- Tuft & Needle Mattress, the most comfy I?ve ever had. Check out the pics too but it's clean, spacious, and sunlit with hardwood floors and a BIG closet. The view is to the street and it is in the far corner away from other rooms so you have your quiet area. Includes desk, A/C & space heater.

Close Transportation- Bushwick border of East Williamsburg. J TRAIN is ONLY 1 BLOCK from here and goes express to Manhattan, during rush hours making only two stops to Manhattan; Myrtle and Marcy Aves stations, ONLY 15 MINUTES to NYC!-- connects to F/6/Q/N/R/A/C in Manhattan.

Personalities- We are a busy full-time professionals; a touring musician and an art director, and we invite the like- creative, smart, responsible, respectful, clean, busy people. Cooking is fine, must be mindful of use of kitchen space for others and cleanliness :)

Convenient- This area is all perks; we are close to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, LAUNDRY, GROCERIES, transportation etc are all within short walking distance.
