Hello, we are looking for a clean responsible standout person with good credit and understand shared living space to move into a bedroom that just became available.

The apartment is 2 blocks away from the J train, and around 8 from the L. We have key foods directly across the street, along with a 24 hr Rite Aide and Dunkin Donuts. Hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and cable is already hooked up.

We're looking for somone ASAP, and someone who can get along with our quiet hypoallergenic dog.
The room has a sunny window that looks out onto the street and has decent storage space. More than enough room for one person, and can comfortably fit a full size bed with dresser and nightstand.

The apartment building is full of young 25 year old professionals and everyone gets along perfectly, no noisy annoying neighbors!
