I'm subletting my room in a massive, 4-bedroom loft located in the heart of Williamsburg (on N. 3rd St. between Berry and Wythe). The location is perfect: The neighborhood is extremely safe and everything you could possibly need is within a couple blocks of the apartment (subway, Citi Bike, Whole Foods, Equinox, Blue Bottle Coffee, bars, restaurants, etc).

The apartment is a 2000 sq. foot loft (yeah, it's HUGE) with original hardwood floors, exposed brick, big windows, and 13-foot ceilings. It has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room with a big flat-screen TV (equipped with cable, HBO, Showtime, Apple TV, Netflix, etc.), an open, galley-style kitchen stocked with cookware and spices, a wine rack and a beer fridge, and a giant common area with a seating area and pool table. There's also a private elevator entrance that opens directly into the apartment, which is pretty badass and sure to impress anyone that you bring over.

The room that would be yours is also huge--200 sq. feet!--and is located at the opposite end of the loft from the other three bedrooms, so you'd have plenty of privacy. It can easily fit a queen-size bed, multiple night stands, and plenty of furniture.

If you move in, your roommates will be three straight guys between the ages of 28 and 31. They work in finance, accounting, and IT, all enjoy watching/playing sports and traveling, and have active social lives. (All of them are great roommates; I'm only leaving the apartment because I'm moving in with my boyfriend.)

They're looking for the following in a roommate: male or female (I'm a 28-year-old girl and have lived with them for over a year), between 25 and 35 years old, non-smoker, no pets, no couples.

The sublet costs $1950/month + utilities and runs until July 31, 2017. Move-in date is flexible--ideally between September 17th and October 1st.
