We are renting our entire basement floor starting Oct 1 in a building located at the Clinton Hill/BedStuy border. One block away from the Franklin C stop and other neighborhood gems like Alice's Arbor restaurant and Doris' bar, it features a spacious, open floor plan (approx. 1000 sq ft) with a private entrance, in-house washer/dryer, gorgeous newly renovated bathroom, two windows and access to a shared backyard.

It's important to note that there is no gas line to the basement, so no stove is available to this tenant, however you can install/bring your own fridge and microwave. There is also a full sink and kitchen cabinet space. This would be the perfect bachelor/bachelorette pad for someone who doesn't cook frequently, but would enjoy plenty of private space.

As this space is being rented as part of two floor apartment, your utilities would be shared with two, young female professionals who live on the 1st floor (entrances to the basement and 1st floor are separate/not connected).

Initially we are looking for someone to sign a roommate agreement on a monthly basis with the option of lease signing in the near future.
