$1415 Huge bedroom in shared apt - Williamsburg 2

Hey person presumably looking for an apartment!

My roommate is moving out at the end of the month, and I'm looking to renew a 1 year lease for our 2 bedroom apartment with a new roomie. To cut to the key stuff:

- Utilities included

- The location: On Bedford ave right as it transitions from being fun and lively to being calm and more residential, so it has the best of both worlds. 2 blocks from the L train, 3 blocks from McCarren Park, and food options and bars in the area are awesome.

- The building: A 4 story complex with 3 apartments and a vacant retail shop on the first floor. It has a really cool back patio with a gazebo and enough room for some solid BBQing action.

- The apt layout: 2 separate rooms. The first is huge (former roommate combined into a bedroom and home office) and has a walk in closet. Connected to it is the second room, which is pretty average sized space and is the one I'm planning to continue staying in, though that can be discussed if you're really partial to it. The main area is a good sized space combining the kitchen and living room. 1 bathroom that's also quite large.

- Me: A 26 year old male working in HR, and all things considered I'd say a pretty normal guy. I'm clean and not very loud. Usually low-key on weekdays, and typically go out on the weekend. Not sure what to add about myself beyond that but feel free to send any questions too.

Flexible with new roommate types in general so long as they also have a respect for cleanliness and personal space, but another dude around the mid to upper 20's age group that's cool to chill with would be ideal.
