Female rooomie, wanted to replace my part.

Hi everyone,

I'm international student, and in need for someone to replace my part of the apartment while I'm gone in Europe. The rent in $950 includes everything except the cable which is $50. Sublet is for up to six months. If you want it shorter months that can be worked out, or longer too. You will be sharing with another international student. She is from French, and sweetest person. She in her late 20's and very considerate, respectful, and awesome roommate.
Very neat and organized and never home.

Room:
1) Large bedroom, with private bathroom and a private entrance.
2) Lots if natural light
3) Very comfortable

Apt:
1) 2 and half-Bedroom apt (half room is being used as an office...so if you're a student this would be perfect for you)
2) Awesome private apt and comfortable
3) Kitchen (equipped)
4) Living room (furnished)
5) It makes you want to be home all the time..

Transportation:
1) 5 minute walk to: Sterling St (2, 5)
2) 5 minute walk to: Winthrop St (2, 5)

Neighborhood:
1) Walking distance to grocery store, laundry, banks, places to eat, wine store, pharmacy, and more.
You:
1) Need to be employed or in school with financial aid assistance (just so that could be responsible of your part of the rent and utilities)
2) DRAMA FREE, please!
3) Considerate, respectful and neat
4) Willing to move soon or tell me the dates you want.
