This is a beautiful luxury apartment located on the 2nd floor of a high rise elevator building. Enjoy your almost fully private apartment when it counts-evenings and weekends. There is Washer and dryer on premise with a beautiful terrace great for grilling and sun bathing. The property includes a full gym and a separate outdoor terrace. Adjacent to Myrtle Avenue, there are unlimited number of restaurants and banks an easy step away. There is parking available for an additional fee.

The person would have their own private room which has a large closet and full access to the bathroom. I work from the apartment during the day and will be using the living room for meetings and lunch.

The kitchen of the apartment and stool area are shared mutually. Occasionally, I host gatherings in the evening (approximately 4 times a year).
The apartment is semi furnished with chairs around the bar stool, sofas and a dining room table. There are some pots and cutlery.

The apartment is best suited for someone who works during the day and is home in the evenings and weekends. I am quite, organized and clean. I travel extensively and oftentimes will not be there during holidays. I may stay overnight during bad weather to be close to work.
