Looking for 1 year Co-lease signer for great spot

I am the current renter with deposit already payed, looking for one roommate to sign a year lease starting September 1st. The person I was moving in with decided to stay in Queens for another year. The total monthly rent is $1950 plus a one time $75 credit check. You would pay $1950 for first month and for your half of the deposit when we sign the lease.

This place is in a good neighborhood and is newly renovated. Everything is new - wood floors, lighting, kitchen amenities (fridge/gas stove), bathroom. It also has a private backyard that will allow for a small dog. The laundry is in the basement - also brand new. There is no parking except for on the street. Less than 5 minutes away from the 2, 3,4, 5 metro trains. 2 miles from prospect park.

A little about me:
I'm a 28 year old guy. I work as a User Experience Designer during the week in Union Square and a Stylist in SoHo on the weekends. I definitely look at a living space as a place to relax and keep it quiet. I enjoy designing, rockclimbing at brooklyn boulders, and ride everywhere on my bike. I also cook often and love dogs, but don't have one at the moment. I have furniture for the living room and kitchen as well so that wouldn't be an issue, but the current room available would be unfurnished.

I'm looking for:
Someone who is responsible, clean (I like to keep the place looking nice) and has a similar lifestyle of work and passion for what you are doing in NYC. I don't mind hangouts on weekends or weeknights as long as it is reasonable. I am a vegetarian but you are welcome to eat meat at all times, all styles of life are welcome and I am LBTQ 420 friendly.
