The previous roommate is down to sell their furniture so it can come either furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $875/month + utilities.

We are looking for a responsible, clean and relaxed person with good vibes and a great sense of collaborative living. This 10 unit building has a great mix of friendly tenants in their 20's and 30's and we'd like to keep that ball rolling. AND the building has one of the most amazing rooftops in Brooklyn where you can take in the city skyline and relax.

Some of the highlights of the building include central heat/ac, a dishwasher, laundry in the building, and quick response to maintenance. The subways are the G Train at Myrtle/Willoughby and the J/M/Z at Myrtle-Broadway.
