Double Room for Rent in Cozy 3 Bedroom Brownstone

Hello All,

My name is Mary and I am looking to rent a room out that is available immediately (ideally by the first of the month). The room is a private double room. Electricity is included with the rent, although gas and Internet our split between 3 of us. The other roomie's name is Angie, she is a full time student at NYU, who also works part time.

I am a full time Case Manager. I work Monday through Friday. We also have a wicked friendly dog named Falcor. He is a chocolate lab, and simply loves to love.

The apartment itself is railroad style. Meaning that it is very long. There is also a private backyard as we are on the first floor.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement, but they are coin operated. Also, everything in the apartment has been newly renovated so it is all brand new as we are the first tenants to live here.

I also should note that there is no drinking or drugs used in the household. I am in recovery, and this is a full time working household. So while we are chill, we also stress mindfulness here.

Also all pictures that are posted with this ad are going to include Angie in them. I wanted to get as adequate a juxtaposition as I possibly could to show that the room is wicked big by NYC standards.

The apartment itself is also located three blocks from the A/C trains and 7 blocks from the J train.
