It is lightly furnished with a small desk, a chair, a small dresser and a loft bed. You would share the common area (which includes a living room, kitchen, 1 and 1/2 baths) with three others (we're relatively busy, clean and chill). We also have a cat who is friendly and mostly keeps to itself.

Laundry-mat within a block, grocery very close, deli and a few restaurants right downstairs. Good location near Do-or-Dine, Black Swan, One Last Shag, Dynaco and Bedford Hill. The apartment is 2 blocks from G train and a 10 minute walk from A/C trains and S shuttle. B38, B44, B48 and B52 buses very close.
