Female Roommate wanted for Woodlawn area!

Hi ALL!
I am a professional working female in my upper 20s. Nonsmoker, quiet, super clean, and respectful. Looking for another professional female with a $950-$1000 budget ( need $1700 to move in) and would like to live in Woodlawn Bronx area. I have a 2. 5 bd apartment that I would love to share. My target date to move in would be whithin a month or so. I'm really just looking for a chill, respectful and reliable person to live with.
For those who don't know Bronx too well here is some information: Woodlawn is an Irish American middle class neighborhood at the very north end of the Bronx. Within walking distance it is conveniently located next to Metro-North Harlem line ( 20/30 min to Grand Central and/or White Plains) and close to Subway 4 & D, and Buses. Nearby Highways (Major Deegan Expressway, NYS Thruway, Hutchinson River Pkwy, Henry Hudson Pkwy, Saw Mill Pkwy, FDR Pkwy, Sprain Brook Pkwy, Taconic Pkwy, Bronx River Pkwy, I-95)
