I am a preschool teacher who is passionate about what I do and I love to come home to my docile and sweet cat and I like to enjoy some solitude when I enter my dwelling.
I have a two bedroom, two bath luxury apartment with doorman and en suite bathroom in the Riverdale section of the Bronx available for $750 a month. A security deposit is required. The room is double size and is semi-furnished; the kitchen and living room is shared.
I am specifically looking for a mature older female 32-55 year old, long term. No couples please or young children. I am looking for someone who will not remain a stranger for long in my abode.
I expect from a roommate the same courtesy that I would extend to them, as I live by "The Golden Rule." Clean up after yourself and be mindful.
I would prefer that if you have a visitor that you keep it to 2x a week during the week.
The room is avaiable for IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY.

-Accessible to the Bx10, Bx7 bus and the no. 1 train, Metro North, and Express Bus
