We have a queen bedroom available for rent in our apartment on the first floor of our building. The location is off the Fordham Business District. It is 35 minutes to Manhattan and near the 4 train, the D train, and the metro north train as well as the BX1, BX2, BX9, BX12, BX22, and BX34 buses. It is also a short walk from the Fordham University campus as well as the Monroe College campus. Laundromat is across the street.
You will have a queen sized bed with mattress and nightstands, TV, dresser, and closet/wardrobe.
Kitchen and bathroom are all shared spaces and must be kept clean at all times.
The building is surrounded by supermarkets, grocery stores, 5 membership gyms, and plenty of shops.
What we are looking for: You are respectful, reliable (pays on time), EMPLOYED, hygienic.
No smoking and no pets allowed. 1st month's rent required.
