BX# 1,2,26,25. Room is $1100 per month (Includes utilities). WIFI is $20 extra and $100 extra per month, AC use during the hot season (June-Sept). Pay-stubs (4 months) and W-2 stub, valid id and work references required. Room is delivered furnished or empty. Long stay preferred. Light cooking and a 9 to 5 pm or 11pm to 7am work schedule is preferable. No night owls or early roosters. Normal sleeping habit candidates. We all want rest.
