Bills: SRP Electricity will be out of control especially with summer & I provide ALL utilities including Electricity, Gas, Trash/Recycling, Hi speed Wi-Fi for a FLAT $100 which is incredible deal as my Electricity bill alone in summer will get up to $600 easy. House is very comfortable and cozy ❤ and there is no doubt about it.. you will feel at home in no time! Please introduce Yourself. Share the hours/shift you work and what do you like to do on your leisure time. We are selective with who we live with as hopefully you are as well. Available June 1st!!! I am able to show the interior, beautiful yard, neighborhood, etc except the actual bedroom as tenant still there till End of month. However it looks just like it looks on photo. Most furniture in house is less than 1 year old. New carpets. Last lease signed sight unseen & he was More than Happy upon move in!!! All I ask is that you clean up after yourself & are Tidy in kitchen/bathroom, common area’s. Thank you!

House is very roomy & large with 2 full size refrigerators in the kitchen as well as allocated pantry space/Shelves. Kitchen fully cookware/dishes stocked. You are welcome to use. Rooms are fully furnished. Huge living room & large family room. Tv is included in the bedroom. My husband & I live on the other wing of the house in the master. Few have had opposing schedules (nights & it’s worked out very well for all). Most of the time.. house is empty with us all working opposing schedules. We also like to travel, etc. Back yard is very spacious with fruit trees & just birds singing. BBQ. Very relaxing for cup of coffee/tea or evenings. Washer & Dryer privileges are included.
Super safe neighborhood. Privacy & no one behind us. Single story homes. :)

Intersections are Cooper & Guadalupe/Elliot. Gilbert downtown is only 5 mins away, and hwy freeway access is less than 4 mins away as well! Very convenient!
