Nice Room in Home w Pool & Great Roommates

For the right renter, I am open to removing the furniture to allow the renter to furnish it with their own belongings. I look forward to hearing from you!

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a nice pool in the backyard that is definitely great during the summer months and is available June 1st. There is also a full size washer and dryer that is available for use to all occupants in the house. The room is approximately 10 x 10, so it’s not a large room, but it IS furnished with a queen sized bed, 50“ television, and a dresser. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to Arrowhead and Westgate.

I do have a cat that is litter box trained and is not annoying. Myself and my male roommate are social drinkers and are looking for a responsible, respectful, and hopefully long-term roommate. Utilities are included but everyone is responsible for their own food (including laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.).
