Looking For A Roommate!

My (20) fiance (20) and I are looking for a roommate, we currently have 2, 1 will be gone May 31st. The bedroom will be available June 5th. We work night shift, usually 7 pm to 2 am and we're pretty laid back, and friendly! I try to keep the house pretty clean, we dont have pets or children. It's a warm and inviting 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment complex. If you're interested we'd love to schedule a meet and get you added to our lease if you like our home :) We're close to busses and plenty of shopping centers and dog parks :) we're friendly and animal friendly if you have cute pets! Though our apartment does charge a 200$ deposit (1 time fee) and 25 for pet rent, and they will require a background check.
