Our roommate has just bought a house and she is moving out June 1st. There will be two of us. My name is Dustin and my roommate is Shane. We prefer a female renter as we feel that they have the responsibility and overall qualities we are used to and looking for. We keep to ourselves and spend most of our time in our rooms at our desks, so whoever moves in will pretty much have the living and dining room to themselves. We rarely have company over to the place, but our roommate is fine if they want to, as long as its within reason. Our place is always clean and tidy and we like it that way. I run my business from home and very occupied by that throughout the days and my roommate works outside of the house so it is pretty quite here. Our location is prime, as it is close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bars and pretty much anything you could want.
