ISO roommate
My sister and I are renting out our spare room. There will be a shared bathroom which is next to the room. Rent and all utilities (gas, water/waste, electric, Internet) will be split 3 ways. You’ll have access to kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer as any roommate would. There are two small friendly dogs are in the home, they don’t bite. The house is a little over a year old and we like to keep a clean house.
