I'm Ivyy, I'm originally from Miami. I’m easy-going, creative, energetic, enthusiastic and independent. In my free time, I enjoy socializing, watching movies or spending time at the gym. On the weekends, I often go to dinner or any social gathering.
I'm a beauty consultant, and I work a pretty normal schedule. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 11:30 and up by 5. On the weekends, I'm usually asleep by 3 and up around 10
‍I'm a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want our place to be a place where we can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people. I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting parties - I would just like to know about that ahead of time. I'm down to get to know each other.
I like to keep common living spaces clean. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.
My monthly budget is $1,600 and I'm looking to move beginning of November 2024. I'm looking to find an apartment near Manhattan, Brooklyn or Hells Kitchen neighborhoods. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people.
Here are some quirks and relevant information: I'm sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises and can't stand cupboard doors being left open. So, if you're someone that needs to have the volume on the TV up to the maximum, we might not be the best fit. With that said, I'm not going to get upset at you for making popcorn at night or watching your favorite TV show at a normal volume. I'm friendly I don't mind living with smokers.
