Female Neonatal ICU RN is looking for a large room

Female 50 years old Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse is looking for a harmonious and peaceful private room coming up in May/June in OC. Ideally looking to do a month to month situation. I’d like to stay around what I am paying now $1,095. Private bath is preferred. NEED a bedroom that is around 350 Sq Ft. (NOTE: the sq ft does NOT count the bathroom). A little bit about me: I am very low maintenance. I rarely cook (meal prep, once a wk) and usually stay in my room unless I go to the kitchen and eat. I sometimes leave town for work for varies lengths of time (weeks to months) I have a clean record, excellent credit (score is 800+). I am a pretty easy going roommate to have. I am very organized, clean, meticulous and no drug/smoke/pets/children/party/drama. I am really respectful in regards to noise and personal space. I have a very stable income, so paying rent on time is NOT an issue!! I am private, quiet and keep things to myself. I believe you couldn’t ask for a more conscientious and responsible resident.
