Mid 30s professional and pup moving to Brooklyn

Hi!

My name is Abram and I'm relocating to NYC from the bay area for work this July. I'm an open-minded and laid back individual that believes in creating a living space that is clean, comfy and safe, so you can count on me to do my part in maintaining it that way. I mostly work at the office, but may work from home every now and then. When I’m not at home, you’ll often find me at the gym or out and about exploring the city. I enjoy catching movies or live music, thrift shopping and playing pinball. I’m always up for friendly chats over coffee and I love to cook, so you might just find yourself enjoying some delicious food cooked by yours truly. My 10 yr old tripawd Luna is a sweet and slightly anxious rescue that enjoys getting outside, but also looks to cuddle up whenever given the chance. She’s good with other pets, but not really big rough housing with other dogs (a bit of a lone wolf when it comes to entertaining herself). While she does shed, I’m diligent about keeping our shared spaces tidy with regular sweeping.

I’m looking for a bedroom that fits a queen sized bed and a little extra space for yoga and/or a work desk. I’m ok with entertaining guests in a shared space as long as our boundaries are respected. Communication is really important to me so monthly or bi-weekly check-ins would be great just to make sure we are keeping a healthy living arrangement. Friendly chats and hangs are always welcomed, but also have no problem respecting privacy and space.
