Looking for room in Madison area

Looking to move back to Madison area from Michigan to get back home and around a support group of friends.

57 year old temporary disabled Electrical Engineer looking for room to rent for a bit while back Surgery heals and I can find something more permanent when I can work full-time again.

I cannot recommend back surgery for any entertainment value. 🙃

On disability only until healed so need a room for a bit to save. Yes I can drive there it's not far and I can safely sit for quite some time. It's the standing and walking part that hurts now

I would have local friend quick check out place if that's ok?

If everything looks good I can be there by June 1st.

I have a young male, neutered indoor cat who does not scratch furniture and litter trained. In fact his only bad habit is nipping me a little too hard while playing.

Don't drink, use drugs or smoke.

Electrical Engineer with Master's Degree usually, and will be again when healed and can work. Given how I am temporary am now I'll hardly be noticeable.

Can provide proof of income via email. Can provide landlord reference from place in California.
