Room wanted in Springfield, Fairfax County, VA

I am a professional female aged 40. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 05/13/2024 and have a budget of $1,200/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally roommates that are over the age of 30 only because I don’t think younger adults want to live with me. Am moving from Savannah Georgia because my sons reside at Fort Belvoir with their father who is active duty Army. I am a single mom whose sons are my world. I love to travel so while the opportunity presents itself, I decided to spend some more time with my sons and discover a new city, professional and private life accommodate. I am very laid-back, clean and neat and all I ask is respect and communication, my sons will not be living with me. I think this is key to let my roommates know just because I’m moving closer to them does not mean they will reside with me. They will continue to reside with their father. It’s just very convenient for me to live only 20 minutes from them versus states away I’ve spent a year away from them and I can’t handle it any longer lol . I’m looking for something for at least three months but ideally, I would love to find something with at least a year lease. I’m sick of moving at the moment and ready to be settled and have a stable residence and continue my professional career.
